Receptionist and Office Assistant
Zeigler of Holland is seeking an experienced, full-time Receptionist and Office Assistant to join the Holland Office Team! You will spend about 20 hours doing reception work, and 20 hours doing office administration. This is a fast-paced work environment, so applicants must be able to multitask while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude. Applicants must also be extremely organized, and willing to take on a multitude of administrative tasks. This position is Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:30. Responsibilities for our Full Time Receptionist & Office Assistant
· Operate the switch board
· Handle all incoming calls
· Route calls to department or individual requested
· Light office and Administrative duties while answering phones
· Add new & used inventory
· Receive in money & write checks
· File at multiple locations on our campus
· Complete title work
· Back up of office staff as needed
Requirements for our Full Time Receptionist & Office Assistant
· Receptionist Experience Required
· Any Dealership Office Administration Preferred
· Applicant must have a great attitude and professional appearance
· Must be detail oriented
· Good clear speaking voice
· Confident and able to work in a fast past environment
· Strong customer service skills
· Typing skills and basic computer skills
**All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass employment testing to include a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
