- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers about service needs and recommendations
- Manage the express lane to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Provide updates and ensure a smooth, satisfying service experience from start to finish

- Automotive knowledge a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
