Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Foreman to join the Zehr Properties team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. As a Foreman, you will be instrumental in managing project schedules, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring safety compliance across all sites. Your expertise will drive project success, foster collaboration among teams, and deliver exceptional results that meet expectations.

Duties

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Oversee construction site activities, supervising teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring work meets specifications, codes, and project requirements.
• Supervise construction crews on-site, providing guidance on safety practices, technical procedures, and schedule adherence.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in managing projects from start to finish.
• Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, safety regulations (OSHA), and quality assurance processes.
• Hands-on experience with Interior and Exterior construction skills.
• Supervising experience leading teams of construction professionals in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
