Function:
Coordinate and execute group sales and event planning activities, ensuring a high standard of customer service and internal collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on custom lead inquiries through the internal booking platform.
- Analyzing customer needs to tailor proposals and solutions effectively.
- Deliver persuasive oral and written presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiating contracts while ensuring alignment with company policies and client expectations.
- Plan and conduct client site visits.
- Coordinating with Operational Departments to ensure smooth event execution.
- Plan and organize events from initial inquiry through completion.
8. Represent the Sales Department in various management meetings.
9. Attend appropriate conferences and community or industry events.
- Other duties as assigned or directed.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree.
· Preferred Experience: 2-5 years in the Hospitality Industry, preferably in Sales or Event Management. Wedding Planning experience a plus.
· Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; friendly and engaging phone presence, basic computer skills and the ability to act with integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
· Age: Must be 21 years or older.
