We seek a Senior Revenue Cycle Application Analyst (Epic HB) to serve as a technical leader with deep expertise in Epic Research and Hospital Billing. This role designs, builds, tests, and implements Epic Revenue Cycle application systems while providing project management, customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance support.
Reporting to the Hospital Billing Supervisor within Information Services, this position collaborates daily with Revenue Cycle operations (Patient Access, Revenue Integrity, Professional Billing, Coding, Continuous Improvement, Trainers, Finance, Cashiers, Hospital Billing, Provider Enrollment, Provider Education, Clinical Research Billing, Single Business Office), plus third party vendors and other application teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 9 years related experience/training, OR Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years related experience (must include Epic build experience in Research and Hospital Billing)
- In-depth knowledge of 1-2 clinical application focus areas, including systems planning, design, development, implementation, user support, training, maintenance, QA, and system testing
- Advanced problem-resolution skills for highly complex issues, with ability to quickly diagnose and implement effective solutions
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to train, support, and collaborate with clinical users and stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced organizational and project management skills, including team leadership and ability to see projects through to completion on schedule
- Advanced written/verbal communication skills to convey technical information clearly to all levels of staff
- Advanced analytical skills in documentation and reporting, including metrics, testing systems, and performance analysis
- Advanced ability to serve as a technical leader, providing guidance on systems, upgrades, and industry trends

Salary : $155,000 - $182,000
