Job Description:

As a Zeeco analyst you will provide analytical, financial, and business support to the Supply Chain Team. This includes analyzing operational expenses (OPEX) and variances to budget, tracking key metrics, communicating results and working in partnership with the team.
Job Duties:
· Works directly with the management team in developing annual budgets and burden rates for plant locations as needed
· Provide financial and operational month-end reporting, metrics and KPI results against pre-defined targets and budgets
· Prepares journal entries, reviews account balances for completeness and accuracy
· Review and Analyzes Transactions: including Direct Labor and Material, Work in Process, Inventory, Landed costs, and Account Payable transactions
· Analyzes and tracks capital spend against budgeted/ approved amounts
· Provide support to Project Accountants in shipments to Mexico and commercial Invoice review
· Provide Ad hoc management reporting
· Reviews and codes contract labor and consumable invoices
· Make Managers look good
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
· 5 Years’ experience in Managerial Accounting including Manufacturing “job order costing” preferred
· A combination of education and experience is acceptable
Skills and Experience:
Strong analytical skill set with ability to defend positions with logical reasoning
Excellent oral and written communication skills (position includes frequent communication with upper management)
· Very strong Excel skills (modeling and data manipulation)
· Proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
· Focus on excellence of deliverables in terms of quality, presentation and simplicity
· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Detail oriented with proven accuracy
· Team player with ability to self-manage
· Ability to prioritize with good time management skills
Although not required, experience with Dynamics SL, Crystal Reports, and/or Workday Adaptive Planning would be a plus.
