Description:
Zebra is seeking a Client Services Manager who will leverage their 4 years of proven experience in the AEC Industry, with preference given to those who have Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality experience. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate must be confident in client-facing scenarios and highly skilled in identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into long-term clients. While the focus is on business development, this individual should also be comfortable supporting the Interior Design team by understanding the project lifecycle from conception through construction administration. Experience with international projects outside the US and in the Americas would be helpful, as this client-facing manager will act as a key support to the Sr. Interior Design Managers for several global brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend new business introductions
- Ability to travel nationally and where required internationally
- Present our business to clients
- Nurture relationships with prospects and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Schedule and support client meetings, presentations, and proposals
- Track and report activity, performance, and results using CRM tools
- Confidence in articulating opportunities and sales pipelines internally
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
- Proven experience in client facing business development / sales (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead-generation tools is a ‘nice to have’
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or Communications with an emphasis on Sales
- 4 years of full-time experience
- Experience using HubSpot CRM tools, Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Programs
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
