Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position for a Robotics Instructor located in Framingham, MA. The Robotics Instructor will be responsible for teaching robotics and programming courses to students, fostering their understanding and passion for STEM subjects.

We are looking for a Robotics and Coding Coach; an energetic individual with an engaging personality who believes in our philosophy of learning and innovating in a fun environment. Our coaches are the lifeblood of our operation. You will join our team of coaches to teach robotics based on our proven curriculum.
Are you a technology teacher or do you have experience working with children? Do you enjoy teaching and building problem solving skills in young engineering minds? This could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
· Teach robotics based on our proven curriculum to children of age 6 to 20 years.
· Create a positive and safe environment where innovation is encouraged.
· Track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, Good listener and strong influencer
- Knowledge in Robotics and STEM education
- Experience working with children age 6 to 18 and Ability to inspire and lead
- Proficiency in building and programming LEGO spike, WeDo robots a plus
- Experience in Training or teaching, especially in STEM-focused programs, preferred
- Experience in one or many of programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Scratch, Minecraft and ROBLOX programming
- Experience with robotics competitions like zone01, WRO,VEX or FTC is a huge plus
- Passion for mentoring and inspiring the next generation of technology innovators
- Ability to work collaboratively and engage students in a hands-on learning environment
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing Graduation degree in university/college in a related field
- Prior experience working in educational or STEM-focused roles is a plus
