What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations position at Zealot?
Zealot (zealotlabs.com) deploys AI systems at the center of Western cyber operations, backed by tier-1 U.S. venture firms and industry leaders. Our team includes alumni of Anthropic, xAI, NSA, USCYBERCOM, Anduril, Unit 8200, and the Mossad.
We're looking for an operator to help build Zealot's organizational operating system from the ground up as we rapidly scale to serve 20 countries.
Role:
This is not a role with a tidy job description. It's a role for someone who wants to execute high-priority initiatives end-to-end with minimal direction — from first research to final delivery — and who can take on ad-hoc objectives across every function, whether that's standing up a new office abroad or tracking down a needle-in-a-haystack security researcher.
We care less about your résumé and more about whether you can find a way or make one, every time.
What you'll do
- Help build the systems, processes, and infrastructure that let a fast-moving company stay fast as it scales across 20 countries
- Execute high-priority initiatives end-to-end with minimal direction
- Take on ad-hoc objectives across every function — international office setup, recruiting hard-to-find talent, logistics, whatever's most urgent
You are
- Someone for whom building something massive and civilizationally consequential matters more than comfort, titles, or predictability
- Someone who values truth over safety in work, humor, and relationships
- Someone who believes founders and technologists disproportionately move the world forward
Requirements
U.S. citizenship. TS/SCI clearance eligibility (existing preferred). Willing to relocate to work in-office or hybrid.
What we offer
- Competitive cash, meaningful early equity, a mission that matters, and hard problems nobody has solved yet.
