Position Overview
As a Houseperson / Valet Attendant, you will support both housekeeping operations and valet services, helping ensure the property stays clean, organized, and welcoming while delivering a positive arrival and departure experience for every guest.
What You’ll Do
Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and organized public and back-of-house areas
- Remove linens and trash from guest rooms and common spaces
- Deliver supplies and assist with room setup and projects
- Support laundry operations as needed
- Keep storage areas stocked and orderly
Valet Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
- Ensure all guest vehicles and keys are secured at all times
- Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
- Maintain a safe and organized valet area
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by Hotel Management
