Compensation & Benefits
Earning Potential: $300,000-$400,000 annually
Daily Guarantee: Competitive guarantee during ramp-up

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality pediatric dental care in a compassionate setting
Perform restorative, preventive, and GA-supported procedures
Educate families on oral health and preventive care
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for efficient patient flow
Qualifications
DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
Pediatric Dentistry Specialty Certificate
Active Kentucky dental license (or in process)
Ability to maintain required malpractice coverage
Open to all experience levels
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, not required
