What You’ll Do
As a Carrier Account Representative, you’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with carrier partners to move freight efficiently and reliably.
As you grow your carrier network and volume, your earning potential scales with your performance. You’ll also receive ongoing training and development to help you improve, close more, and move faster.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a network of carrier partners across the country
- Negotiate rates and secure capacity to cover customer freight
- Develop strong relationships with carriers to ensure consistent coverage
- Collaborate with account managers to execute shipments successfully
- Stay on top of shipments with proactive tracking and communication
- Hit KPIs around service, coverage, and activity
