What is it like to be a Loan Operations Clerk
As a Full-Time Loan Operations Clerk at Zeal Credit Union, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day lending process by preparing and maintaining accurate loan documentation, processing payments, and assisting with loan servicing activities. This role works closely with loan officers and internal teams to ensure loans are processed efficiently, records are well organized, and customers receive timely, reliable support.

To thrive as a Full-Time Loan Operations Clerk at Zeal Credit Union, we are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual who's comfortable with numbers and documents. High school diploma required, finance or bank experience is a plus. Must have basic computer skills, a willingness to learn, strong communication and time-management abilities, and a positive team-first attitude.
