Position Requirements:
- One year of verifiable experience
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during day-time shift
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Must have a smartphone for communication and documentation
- Comfortable working in a self-directed, one-on-one environment
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- Passion for learning and growth
Compensation & Benefits:
- $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
- Daytime shift
- Monday to Friday
- At least 20 hours per week
- Occasional holidays
- Weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
- Assist with errands and transportation as needed
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and client confidentiality
