Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar and grill operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and bar staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships for food and beverage supplies
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Drive sales and profitability through consistent daily execution of standards, upselling strategies, and cost control
- Resolve guest and staff issues and ensure a consistently high level of
- Track financial performance including labor costs, pour costs, and daily revenue reporting
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a bar or restaurant management role
- 45 - 50 hr per week; nights and weekend availability including some closing shifts
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, craft cocktails, and food service standards
- Valid Arizona Title 4 Liquor License certification (or ability to obtain)
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a hospitality team
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
