Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patients’ health, and maintaining accurate medical records. Additional duties include collaborating with healthcare team members, educating patients and their families about health conditions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license to practice in Massachusetts
- Experience in providing direct patient care and administering medications
- Skills in monitoring patients’ health and maintaining medical records
- Ability to collaborate with healthcare team members
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to educate patients and families about health conditions
- CPR certification
- Experience in adult day health services is a plus
- Russian speaking is a plus
