Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Data Entry Assistant to support our accounting and operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and has basic accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems
- Assist with invoice processing and document filing
- Support accounting team with daily tasks (AP/AR related work)
- Organize and maintain records for easy retrieval
- Perform basic Excel reporting and data reconciliation
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Take on other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Basic accounting knowledge or background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data organization)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
