What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Processing Coordinator position at ZC Rubber America Inc?
We are the No. 9 of top global tire manufacture’s USA office in Walnut, CA. We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for processing customer orders, and ensuring smooth communication among internal departments.
A candidate with logistics knowledge and overseas import container experience will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders via EDI and ERP system with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate closely with Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure orders, shipping schedules, and delivery plans are aligned.
- Review and verify shipping documents (B/L, packing list, commercial invoice, arrival notice, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records in Excel spreadsheets; support data analysis and reporting as needed.
- Assist in resolving order-related issues (quantity discrepancies, shipment delays, documentation problems).
Qualifications
- Associate degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Experience with EDI order processing is highly preferred.
- Must familiar with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table ).
- Basic understanding of logistics and overseas import container operations.
- 1–3 years of related experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with customer service, logistics, sales teams.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
