Job OverviewZC Distribution LLC is a growing automotive parts distributor specializing in automotive A/C compressors and related products. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Warehouse & Inventory Associate to join our team.
This is a full-time position responsible for warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and supporting our sales team with daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is looking to grow with our company.
Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Verify part numbers and quantities before shipping.
- Prepare UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight shipments.
- Load and unload deliveries safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with the purchasing and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist the sales team with inventory checks, order preparation, customer requests, and other daily operational tasks as needed.
- Follow company procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience in automotive parts, distribution, or logistics is a plus.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- $24.00–$26.00 per hour
