ZBK Books, a growing book distribution and e-commerce operation, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced inventory environment. Spanish-speaking ability is required to effectively communicate with our warehouse team.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move, load, and organize inventory
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
- Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and stock organization
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Forklift operation experience (certification a plus)
- Experience operating a pallet jack
- Bilingual: Spanish-speaking required
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
