What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at ZB Environmental?
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of residential & commercial construction
- Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and schedules
- Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes, and estimates (Xactimate a plus)
- Strong communication skills with clients, adjusters, and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Valid driver's license required
Preferred:
- Experience in mitigation/reconstruction (water, fire, mold)
- OSHA certification
