Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including bussing tables and cleaning dishes.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service.
- Support the culinary team during busy service periods by communicating effectively and helping where needed.
- Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns as required.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
