Hotel ZaZa Dallas is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight: Manage daily front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and billing accuracy.

- Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to guarantee smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Compliance & Standards: Maintain adherence to hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a front desk or guest services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity (luxury or boutique hotel experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
