Senior Compensation Consultant
We are searching for a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to join our team at Zayla Partners, a Gallagher Company. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility on “in office” days. This role is open for our office in Katy (Houston), Texas OR Denver, Colorado area. This is a client facing role that works directly with clients, boards and leadership to attract, retain and motivate their top talent. Competitive pay and benefits packages. What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the way in shaping compensation strategies for our clients.
As a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant you will:
- Guide clients with confidence. Be a major player in client engagements that elevate executive and broad-based compensation—benchmarking pay, designing incentive plans, and modernizing pay structures with clarity and insight.
- Be a trusted strategic advisor. Build lasting relationships with HR leaders and executive teams, offering grounded, actionable guidance they can rely on.
- Design holistic solutions. Work with the broader team to create cohesive, to conduct analysis, draft proposals and reports, and communicate with clients to help develop total rewards strategies that address complex compensation challenges within public, private and not for profit organizations.
- Bring expertise to the table. Advise clients across industries and ownership models on executive compensation, governance considerations, and emerging trends.
- Stay ahead of what’s next. Keep a pulse on market shifts, regulatory updates, and evolving best practices in compensation and total rewards.
What You Bring
- 2-5 years of experience analyzing and delivering executive compensation or total rewards solutions.
- Proven ability to leverage analytical skills, manage complex project work and deliverables, and utilize mature communication skills to build strong team and client relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills—written, spoken, and visual—with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
