Executive Assistant
Zayed Law Offices is seeking a highly organized, professional, and driven Executive Assistant to support its Founder and Managing Attorney. This position reports directly to the Founder & Managing Attorney and plays a critical role in supporting both internal and external operations of the firm.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for anticipating needs, managing priorities, and executing tasks that reduce administrative burden while advancing the firm’s strategic objectives. This role requires discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to translate vision into clear, actionable outcomes.
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to firm leadership, supporting strategic initiatives, business development efforts, and day-to-day operational needs. A primary focus of this role is to streamline workflows, ensure follow-through on priorities, and maintain effective communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain professional verbal and written communication internally and externally, upholding the firm’s reputation, culture, and integrity
- Work closely with firm leadership to implement and execute strategic initiatives and business development ideas
- Translate concepts and vision into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Conduct research, competitor analysis, and internal audits as needed
- Act as a liaison between leadership and staff to ensure clear communication and accountability
- Assist in building, refining, and documenting internal workflows and processes
- Support the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures across departments
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with firm goals and operational strategies
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Review, organize, and distribute emails from a designated backup inbox
- Coordinate and manage calendar entries to support leadership priorities
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and new directives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years of administrative experience
- Prior experience in the legal industry is preferred but not required

- Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds
- Frequent use of a computer and telephone
