Duties
- Greet and serve customers efficiently, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Prepare and assemble food items according to restaurant standards, maintaining quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation, serving, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers while maintaining excellent customer service
- Follow proper food safety procedures and sanitation protocols at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, café, or retail environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform food handling duties safely and maintain sanitation standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales upselling, and retail math calculations
- Flexibility to work in a quick service & fast-food restaurant environment with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or kitchen operations is advantageous
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
