Maintenance Technician
Looking for a talented and reliable maintenance technician to join our maintenance department to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises. Our ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide equipment and facilities support for multiple restaurants
- Performing building repair, troubleshooting problems with kitchen equipment, making adjustments and repairs to HVAC systems, electrical systems, and refrigeration systems as well as repairing other equipment, such as ice or soda machines
- Troubleshoot with restaurants area District Managers / General Managers to make repairs on parts or equipment
- Conducting quality assessments, scheduling repairs, and maintaining inventory
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures
- Perform general maintenance tasks
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Valid DL with safe driving record and passing background check.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings in emergent situations.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Must own tools.
