This position will report directly to our Operations President
Primary responsibilities include : recruiting and training store managers, setting regional goals and ensuring that the stores under their supervision adhere to company and industry regulations. (Required : 3-4 Years Regional or Multi Restaurant Managerment)
- Hands on Daily in store presence.
- Maintain Energetic and Positive Work Environment.
- Develop a 5 year plan on execution.
- Drive sales by ensuring that your store provides outstanding product and service.
- Monitor training levels and provide Team Members and Shift Managers with the appropriate training where needed.
- Inventory
- Operate in accordance with established performance and profit expectations set by corporate.
- Motivate General Managers and Assistant Managers to perform to their highest level.
- Supervise General Managers and Assistant Managers overall performance.
- Have a good working knowledge of all equipment, and assume responsibility for preventive maintenance of a unit.
- Maintain high standards of service throughout the operational day by demonstrating management by example.
- Communicate effectively with all Managers, Trainer, Recruiter & Director of Operations.
- Assist Marketing Director with execution of marketing plans.
- Lead by generating enthusiasm & excitement along with a positive mental attitude and commitment toward company objectives.
- Be the champion of our culture : set out to fellowship with your staff and community such that we deliver encore experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.
- Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
