Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Complete Zaxby’s Back of House Development Plan & training
- Prepare and cook all menu items to Zaxby’s quality standards
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety procedures
- Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain proper food storage, rotation, and labeling
- Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Support team members and management with additional tasks as assigned
