Zax Creamery and Coffee in Jasper, IN is hiring three friendly, motivated team members to help create an exceptional experience for our guests. Whether you're scooping ice cream or crafting coffee drinks, you'll play a key role in making someone’s day a little sweeter.

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-centered environment
• Are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• Are self-motivated, dependable, and bring a positive attitude
• Are passionate about ice cream, coffee, and genuinely caring for others
• Have flexible availability — mornings, days, and evenings (5:00 AM–10:30 PM), Monday through Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of hot and cold drinks to customer specifications
• Scoop and serve ice cream, prepare milkshakes, and handle other menu items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
• Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard recipes
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• High integrity and a strong attendance record
• Excellent communication and a willingness to learn
