- Measure, cut, or shape trim and millwork
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients

- Proven experience as an interior trim carpenter

- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
