Core Responsibilities:

- Manage all property operations with precision, including:

- Leasing units through compelling tours and rapid follow-ups (phone/email).

- Ensuring 100% on-time rent collection.

- Streamlining the application process for prospective residents.

- Lead and optimize maintenance staff, ensuring swift resolution of repair requests.

- Maintain flawless records using property management software (leases, payments, tenant issues).

- Drive leasing velocity through targeted advertising and strategic promotions.

- Build trust and community through clear, proactive communication with residents.

- Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
