What Your Day Will Look Like
- Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring compliance every step of the way.
- Lead the charge in recruiting top talent for our manufacturing teams.
- Coordinate and evaluate employee training, making sure learning translates into real results—and planning future development opportunities.
- Take the lead on accident reporting and investigations, keeping our workplace safe.
- Manage pay changes and keep job descriptions up to date.
- Monitor and approve daily timekeeping, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
- Make independent decisions that have a real impact—your expertise and judgment will be valued and trusted.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of HR experience (manufacturing, especially food processing/packaging, is a big plus!).
