Warehouse Order Picker / Warehouse Associate
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on performance
4-Day Workweek Friday–Sunday OFF
Zastrow The Beer Man is a family-owned and operated beer and soda distributor serving Central Wisconsin since 1937.
We're looking for dependable people to join our warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent four-day workweek, competitive pay, and the opportunity to develop experience in warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday
11:30 AM start
Shifts typically run 9–12 hours, depending on daily order volume. End times generally fall between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM, so flexibility with the end time is required.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday OFF
Pay
Starting pay: $18.00/hour
Employees have the opportunity to earn up to $20.00/hour based on picking performance, accuracy and productivity.
What You'll Do
- Accurately locate, pick and audit beverage products for customer orders
- Use handheld warehouse technology to ensure speed and accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Load and organize products safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Work independently while contributing to a team
- Communicate inventory issues, errors and other concerns to management
- Follow established safety and warehouse procedures
What We're Looking For
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Ability to read product labels and codes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain on your feet and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to consistently lift approximately 25 lbs.
- Comfortable learning and using handheld technology
- Forklift and/or electric pallet jack experience is preferred, but not required — training is provided
