We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to our company’s high standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Perform contract administration, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Process and manage RFI’s, submittals, change orders, and pay requests.
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee material procurement and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
- Coordinate effectively with customers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Approve project expenditures and establish/update budgets with actual costs and forecasts.
- Track and report project progress to all stakeholders, addressing any issues proactively.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field with applicable construction experience OR relevant building construction-related secondary education and/or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in coordinating and managing construction projects.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Blue Beam, Project Management/Accounting Software (Procore, Newforma, Viewpoint etc.), and other software used by the organization.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
