Position Overview
We are seeking a focused, career-driven Automotive Service Technician at the B or C-tier level to join our high-end automotive facility. This position is designed for a technically proficient professional who values precision and craftsmanship over high-volume shop metrics. Working in a state-of-the-art environment, you will execute mid-level diagnostics, component replacements, and comprehensive maintenance on premium and luxury vehicles under the guidance of our master-level staff.
Primary Responsibilities
- Precision Mechanical Execution: some skill relating to fluid exchanges, competency of suspension componets, some base diagnostic skills & proficiency.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic machinery to isolate faults in electrical and secondary mechanical systems.
- Conduct comprehensive DVI's at the highest level.
- Execute factory-scheduled maintenance intervals, including complex fluid flushes, timing belts, and precision wheel alignments.
- Adhere to a zero-defect shop philosophy, validating all repairs through rigorous testing to eliminate vehicle comebacks.
Professional Requirements
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably within a luxury dealership or premium independent European environment.
- Technical Certifications: ASE certifications or Tech school preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous work habits, including the proper use of protective vehicle covers, professional appearence, clean execution, and organized tool management.
- Tooling: Possession of a comprehensive set of professional hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment suitable for premium vehicle service.
