Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up on internet leads and customer inquiries.
- Qualify prospects and identify insurance needs.
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified opportunities to licensed agents.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in our CRM.
- Build rapport while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Help generate new business opportunities for the agency.
Requirements
- Comfortable with outbound calling inbound lead handling
- Strong, confident phone communication skills
- Goal-driven, reliable, and consistent
- Organized and able to manage leads in a CRM
- Coachable with a desire to improve
- Resilient and persistent (handles rejection well)
- High energy, professional, and positive attitude
- Motivated to build a career in sales (not just a job)

Salary : $17 - $20
