Commercial Manager Women's - Walt Whitman

Purpose:

Organizing, supervising and checking the product in the women's sales floor to maximize sales in line with Company objectives and ensuring Company Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Management

· Analyzing store and regional sales to make commercial decisions

· Establishing daily/weekly Commercial action Plans for your store

· Ability to control and manage stock levels, product rotation and sales success

· Ability to communicate with Product Managers and teams in HQ Spain

· Strong market, competitors and fashion knowledge

· Preparation, organizing and driving of weekly shipments

· Plan and drive weekly workshop and commercial actions

Product Management

· Follow and adapt the merchandising standards and guidelines.

· Deciding and implementing merchandise changes

· Maintain furniture standards throughout the store

· Ensure lightning is correct and request changes when needed

· Constant communication with instore Window Dresser team and optimal use of store mannequins

· Maintain and manage all display fixtures/fittings

· Order all POS required for your store

People Management

· Identifying and developing internal potentials.

· Develop the implementation of training plans for the commercial team

· Evaluating and promoting the store team, alongside HR

· Strong communication skills

· Work closely with the Store director to grow and drive the people and product areas of the store

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience as a Visual Commercial

· Highly organized and detailed orientated

· Team management preferred

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Visual Commercial
