Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Richland Hills, TX, for a Store Manager at ZAR Wellness. The Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations, manage the store and consultant working alongside them, and ensure excellent client service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading sales efforts, maintaining a clean and organized sales environment, managing inventory, and promoting a positive customer experience. The Store Manager will also be in charge of continued coaching with staff, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to the store’s overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Store Management skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills for guiding teams and interacting with diverse customers
- Knowledge of hemp or CannaTherapy products is a plus but not required
- Experience in retail management or related roles preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
