Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams that are involved in the product life cycle from item setup to sale. Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Coordinate the discovery process to identify, map, and document current product catalog data flows, dependencies, and pain points
- Partner on the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for modernizing product catalog infrastructure to support multi-channel requirements
- Facilitate the definition and standardization of product data attributes, taxonomy, and hierarchies across channels
- Coordinate with Amazon Marketplace teams to ensure compliance with their data requirements and best practices
- Drive the implementation of data quality frameworks and validation processes
- Partner with engineering teams to design scalable catalog management solutions
- Establish governance processes for product data creation, enrichment, and maintenance
- Identify automation and AI opportunities to optimize item attribute capture activities and workflows
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience in e-commerce product listing & catalog
- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
- Experience with product information (PIM) systems
- Experience with Amazon Marketplace operations and seller tools
