We are looking for people who have a competitive mindset to come to work to work. The pay plan will be as follows.
$20/hr with incentive bonuses
units 1-14 $50 per unit
15-19 $100 per unit retro back all the way to unit 1/
20 units and up $200 per unit sold. retro back to unit one as well.
Our average units per sales people is currently 18.
Willing to make 30-50 prospecting and customer follow up calls per day
Williing to do tasks related to training and marketing yourself to sell cars, learn inventory and give the customer a welcoming experience.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Manage accounts by building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Negotiate and close car deals
- Utilize technology for sales presentations and CRM management
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
