Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and territory management strategies
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings
- Utilize CRM software (such as Salesforce) to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve performance
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is essential
- Strong understanding of direct sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation

- Ability to conduct product demos confidently and persuasively
