Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice of our company. In this role, you will engage with customers via phone and digital channels, providing outstanding support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help foster strong client relationships and support our company's reputation for excellence.
Duties
- Source new sales opportunities through direct and indirect lead follow-up.
- Recommend and execute pricing strategies
- Initiate and evaluate new product development.
- Facilitate communication of technical requirements to Operations team.
- Enter quality claims and communicate quality disposition of claim to customer.
- Plan raw material requirements to support customer forecasts.
- Create production orders from sales forecasts.
- Develop and process quotes in cooperation with Logistics Manager based on identified sales strategy and information collected from customer.
- Review sales contracts and enter order information.
- Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis and after-sales support.
- Fill orders by transferring orders to production; communicate expected delivery dates and explain current stock levels.
- Perform routine follow-up sales calls.
- Successfully complete all company required and job-specific training.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Annual Target Bonus $5000.00.
Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a technical field preferred.
- One to Three or more years sales service or manufacturing related experience required.
- Customer service oriented. Problem solving skills.
- Willing and capable of understanding production/manufacturing and product specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Not a Call Center role.)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Office. Excel, Work and Outlook required. SAP experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
