Objective/ Engagement Overview

We are looking for an experienced user study research project manager who will be responsible for the successful execution of various user studies ensuring integrity of the study logistics and data collection. The ideal candidates should be able understand the research topic, and play a very hands-on and active part of planning the study, scheduling participants and tracking participant completion with demographic coverage.

• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Ensuring that the project stays on track and deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Ensure user studies, appointments, and events are scheduled accurately without overlap, ensuring optimal use of time.
• Creating realistic timelines, setting milestones, and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Understanding team members’ concerns and feedback, addressing them effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Wrike, Numbers, Excel.).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Tableau) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines in human-centered research and user testing.

Key Qualifications:

• Understanding of Human Factors Research and how to conduct user studies
• Ability to keep project stays on track and deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Experience managing calendars and scheduling participants efficiently to make sure no study spot is left not utilized
• Pro-level experience with Numbers or other spreadsheet programs
• Pro-level experience with Wrike or other project management programs
• Working experience with data analysis – Nice to have
• Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau) - Nice to have
