Job Title: UX Designer (React)

Location: Pennington, New Jersey / Dallas, TX / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Hire type:- W2 contract/full time

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative UX Designer with React experience to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps. You’ll collaborate with developers to bring designs to life and ensure seamless user experiences.Key Responsibilities:

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile.
• Work closely with React developers to implement designs accurately.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
• Maintain consistent, responsive, and accessible design standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong UX/UI design experience with a focus on React-based apps.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
