Responsibilities of the Verizon Representative
- Connect with customers to uncover their needs and recommend Verizon Internet, smartphones, and wireless plans that deliver the best mix of value and performance
- Explain Verizon plans in customer‑friendly language, guiding them toward the data tier that fits their lifestyle without overselling
- Lead hands‑on demos of mobile devices, focusing on benefits such as faster loading, smoother video calls, and smarter everyday features
- Assist eligible customers in securing exclusive monthly savings tied to their career field
- Drive sales by coordinating device upgrades, accessory bundles, wearable add‑ons, and seamless account activation
- Engage in structured sales development sessions to refine your sales approach and stay aligned with Verizon’s customer‑first standards
Qualifications of the Verizon Representative
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Experience in sales or customer support is a plus

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
