Minimum Requirements:
Ability to read and understand instructions for maintenance and safety procedures.
Valid Texas Driver’s License
One year of experience in general building maintenance
Demonstrated skill in two or more trades
Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide general maintenance and repair of building structures and their mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems at the campus level. The holder of this position also assists with the maintenance of school grounds.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively and harmoniously with administrators and other staff.
Treat all people with dignity and respect.
Knowledge of basic construction and routine maintenance and repair procedures.
Demonstrated skill in one or more trades.
