Zap Zone XL is the ultimate family fun center featuring laser tag, go-karts, bowling, arcade games, and more. We’re looking for reliable, fast-paced Kitchen Staff to help prepare food, maintain a clean workspace, and keep guests happy with great service and quality.
Position Overview:
As a Kitchen Staff Member, you’ll work behind the scenes preparing food orders, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly during busy hours.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to company standards.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and proper sanitation at all times.
- Keep prep areas, counters, and equipment clean and organized.
- Stock supplies, rotate inventory, and report low-stock items.
- Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen upkeep.
- Work efficiently during busy shifts and communicate with the front counter team.
- Follow all safety and health guidelines.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs.
- Weekend and evening availability required.
- Food prep or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required — we train!
