Catering Coordinator

Zao Asian Café is looking for an energetic and organized Catering Coordinator to help us deliver fresh, flavorful food and amazing service to our catering guests!

What You’ll Do

• Manage all aspects of catering execution, ensuring accuracy and excellent guest service.
• Build and maintain relationships with catering clients; market to new and existing partners.
• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations when not working on catering.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• People-oriented – you enjoy connecting with others and making their day.
• Sales-driven – confident in marketing and promoting catering.
• Organized and detail-focused – you can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
• Leadership mindset – you set the tone and support your team.
• Adaptable – comfortable switching between catering, marketing, and operations.
