Position: Catering Coordinator
Hours: Weekdays, approximately 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Zao Asian Café is looking for an energetic and organized Catering Coordinator to help us deliver fresh, flavorful food and amazing service to our catering guests!

What You’ll Do
- Manage all aspects of catering execution, ensuring accuracy and excellent guest service.
- Build and maintain relationships with catering clients; market to new and existing partners.
- Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations when not working on catering.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
- People-oriented – you enjoy connecting with others and making their day.
- Sales-driven – confident in marketing and promoting catering.
- Organized and detail-focused – you can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Leadership mindset – you set the tone and support your team.
- Adaptable – comfortable switching between catering, marketing, and operations.
